Legal Counsel & Company Secretary - Malta

dLocal is seeking a Corporate Secretary based in Malta to own and lead corporate governance and entity management for our Maltese companies. As a Corporate Secretary, you will be the primary governance adviser to directors and senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate statutory and regulatory compliance, and driving best-in-class board administration and records management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 4+ years of experience in corporate governance, company secretarial functions, or corporate legal work
• Strong knowledge of Maltese company law and corporate governance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across entities
• Fluency in English
