Patient Access Center Representative

DMC Primary Care seeks a Patient Access Center Representative to assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments, answering questions and directing them to clinical and other DMC team members as needed. This is a fast-paced call center environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• High quality customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical setting
• Medical experience preferred
