Job Description
The IT Administrator will support applications, install and configure software, document business processes, plan new IT solutions, connect systems via interfaces, develop automations, and provide user training and support. They'll also handle fault analysis and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Technical or commercial education (e.g., IT System Salesman, Computer Scientist, IT Specialist, or Business Informatics degree)
- Ability to follow existing processes
- Quick comprehension and high discipline
- Good handling of stress
- Strong teamwork skills
- Clean and error-free written expression in German
- Prior knowledge in online marketing, recruiting, or consulting (advantageous)
