Job Description
This Expression of Interest position for a Pipeline Technical Director (Pipeline TD) involves ensuring smooth tools and workflows during projects, providing technical support to artists, and developing tools in Python. The role requires strong communication skills and collaboration with R&D and production teams. Pipeline TDs also serve as mentors and coaches, contributing to show-facing VFX work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Visual Effects or a related industry
- Excellent Python, Maya and Linux skills
- Solid understanding of the Visual Effects pipeline
- Experience in developing tools for DCC packages (Houdini, Maya, or Nuke)
- Strong communication skills
