Job Description
The Production Coordinator is responsible for the smooth running of the show by proactively communicating with their artists, tracking tasks and relaying status updates to the production and supervision team.
Requirements
- Experience at a VFX studio as a Production Coordinator
- Strong vocal and written communicator
- Proven experience scheduling, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing timelines
- Good knowledge of the VFX Feature Film production pipeline, and the functions of the relevant departments within the pipeline
- Experience coordinating and running Dailies
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience in Autodesk Shotgrid/Grid/Flow
- Diploma or equivalent education
- Aptitude for learning new software and interest in keeping up with the ever changing technological landscape
