You will be one of the first points of contact with customers and will be well-versed in following script, call tracking, data entry, and appointment conversions.
Requirements
- Monitor and respond to internet leads and phone traffic
- Maintain high levels of performance related to message response times and scheduling of service appointments
- Follow script, call tracking, data entry of customer information, needs assessment, objection handling, and appointment conversions
- Navigate manufacturer warranty websites to look up campaign/recall information
- Basic knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Excel
