Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Paint Prepper to join our team at our Castle Shannon Body Shop. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, and degreasing vehicles prior to sanding and painting, as well as performing minor body filler work and spot repairs when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an auto body or paint prep role
- Knowledge of sanding techniques, masking, and surface preparation
- Ability to use hand tools, power sanders, and spray equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
