As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for selling truck parts and accessories, controlling parts inventory, processing invoices and payment, and managing return cores and warranty parts.
Requirements
- Respond to sales calls and customer counter visits thoroughly and professionally
- Utilize computer business systems and electronic catalogues to research parts information
- Process parts invoices and obtain payment
- Maintain an attractive parts retail display area
- Enhance job knowledge by continually participating in online training modules and supplier training on new product features, advantages, and benefits
- Manage customer requests for parts warranty and administer according to supplier procedures
- Contact customers (telemarketing) regarding parts promotional opportunities
- Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers
