Parts Counterperson

The Dobbs Truck Group is a growth company that successfully expands its operations and customer base through a high-quality team of employees. As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for selling truck parts and accessories, controlling parts inventory, processing invoices and payment, and managing return cores and warranty parts.

Requirements

• Respond to sales calls and customer counter visits thoroughly and professionally
• Utilize computer business systems and electronic catalogues to research parts information
• Process parts invoices and obtain payment
• Maintain an attractive parts retail display area
• Enhance job knowledge by continually participating in online training modules and supplier training on new product features, advantages, and benefits
• Manage customer requests for parts warranty and administer according to supplier procedures
• Contact customers (telemarketing) regarding parts promotional opportunities
• Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers
