As an IT Project Lead, you'll plan and execute software implementation projects for medical practices, clinics, and partners, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You'll interact with customers to define requirements, manage project plans, and adapt to changing situations. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, with the opportunity to take responsibility and contribute to customer and company success. Work from Berlin HQ or remotely.

Requirements

• A vocational training or a degree in (Medical) Informatics, Health Management or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in project management.
• Quick comprehension and the ability to acquire new subject areas.
• Ability to work focused and structured, even under pressure.
• Organizational and management skills to plan and prioritize resources and tasks.
• Team spirit, communication skills, and an open personality.
• Occasional willingness to travel within Germany.
• Very good German and good English skills are desirable.
