DocJuris is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Counsel and Legal Engineer to join their growing team. Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Bar Admission in at least one US State
- 3-5 years of experience reviewing and redlining complex commercial/enterprise contracts
- Proficiency in legal clauses relevant to commercial and procurement contracts
- Client-centric skills and ability to work independently
