Job Description
DOCOsoft is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help transform how we build and deliver our platform. The successful candidate will lead a talented group of engineers working on our flagship CMS application, guiding them to continuously improve how we design, build, and deliver solutions that delight our customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and coaching software engineering teams
- Strong understanding of software delivery best practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and continuous improvement
- Solid technical foundation, able to engage in technical discussions and guide decisions, even if not hands-on day-to-day
- Experience with.NET / ASP.NET or similar enterprise-grade software platforms
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for building great products, great teams, and delivering measurable business value
- A mindset rooted in Lean thinking, flow optimisation, and data-driven decision-making
