Job Description
DOCS Health is seeking Dental Assistants for military members in the U.S. Army, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Forces Reserve, U.S. Coast Guard, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve. The position involves providing dental exams, treatment, and X-rays, along with digital x-rays and sterilization of instruments. Health readiness services are required to meet medical and dental standards for deploying military personnel.
Requirements
- Active Dental Assistant Certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) and active Radiology Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Comfortable with 4-handed chair-side assisting
- Experience with sterilization
- Experience with basic administrative functions
- Experience working with military
- Proficient with computer programs
- Weekend availability
- 4-handed chair-side assisting experience
