Job Description
DOCS Health is seeking independent Nurse Practitioners to provide health readiness services to members of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Forces Reserve, U.S. Coast Guard, and Air National Guard. They work on weekends and offer flexibility, including some on-site availability. The role involves supporting physical health assessments, reviewing medical records, and identifying urgent health concerns.
Requirements
- Supervising Physician may be required
- Active NP license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health - preferred
- Experience with mobile medical services - preferred
- Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology - preferred
- Adaptable to fast paced environments
- Able to work extended hours
- Able to work in various locations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Not Required - Diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications
