Job Description
Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their Observability & Reliability Engineering Obsession team in Platform Engineering. This role focuses on improving the daily lives of care teams and patients through robust infrastructure. The manager will be responsible for leading a team, defining the observability strategy, and driving collaboration with product, design, and business teams, working in a feature team environment with a cloud-native platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering or SRE experience
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Deep understanding of observability tooling and architecture
- Experience with Terraform and/or OpenTofu
- Fluency in English
