[SG] Senior Executive, Space & Material Planning

The Senior Executive, Space & Material Planning is responsible for managing the planning, tracking, and replenishment of consumables while ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

Requirements

• Min. NITEC or Diploma in Facilities Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Problem-solving and incident management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with facility maintenance processes and vendor management
• Proficiency in Google tools (Google sheets, slides, Gmail)
• Willingness to be hands on to manage simple repairs
