Job Description
DRS is a legal consultancy specializing in derivatives, financing, and professional agreements. They are seeking a Paralegal to support the negotiation of contracts within dedicated DRS teams. This client-facing role offers opportunities to work with leading industry professionals and be exposed to financial institutions globally, with access to learning and support. DRS has recently been awarded The Sunday Times ‘Best Small Company to Work For’ award.
Requirements
- Manage workload and communicate with clients.
- Draft, negotiate, amend and execute commercial contracts.
- Manage negotiation databases and reporting.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
- Fluent in German
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
