Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Counsel, Product & Partnership Transactions to shape our partnership strategies, focusing on complex integrations with resellers, Systems Integrators (SIs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
Requirements
- Drive, draft, and negotiate complex global technical agreements
- Work cross-functionally to define and develop global partner and channel programs
- Act as a critical liaison between partnership teams, product/engineering, and other legal subject matter experts
