Job Description
The Strategy & Planning Lead will drive the strategy, structure, and delivery of enterprise-wide company initiatives. This role connects strategy with execution, building clarity across teams, shaping decisions, and ensuring large AOP and functional programs move from idea to impact.
Requirements
- 12+ years in program management, business operations, or strategy roles within technology or data-focused organizations
- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives with limited direct authority
- Experience in AI, analytics, or digital transformation, with strong understanding of governance and risk
