Join DocuWare as a Sales Director for Southern Europe, driving sustainable revenue growth across Spain and Italy by leading and supporting both Indirect and Direct Sales teams.
Requirements
- Completed training in a leading sales methodology (SPIN, Sandler, Challenger Sales, Miller Heiman, or equivalent)
- Several years of successful experience in solution sales in the software sector
- Above-average technical and computer skills
- Leadership experience or potential through relevant experiences
- Solid understanding of business processes within a company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for learning and development
- Fluent in English and Spanish, Italian is a plus
