Team Lead IT Security Operations (m/w/d)

As Team Lead IT Security Operations, you will lead the operational IT security team and ensure a high level of IT security. You will be responsible for developing and motivating the team, monitoring the SOC operation, and responding to security incidents.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in cybersecurity functions, including practical SOC experience
• Completed technical education and multiple years of professional experience
• Managerial skills or first experience in managing employees
• Leadership or management of a security team
• Sound technical knowledge in cloud platforms and modern security tools
• Practical experience in incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management
• Fluency in German and English in writing and speaking
