Job Description
We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering value to our customers through Docyt's software, including customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of US / INDIA accounting experience
- CPA, CA, or MBA certification
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities
- Prior Customer Success experience
- Experience leading US customer onboarding
- Strong communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Proactive, independent, and a collaborative team player
- Ability to manage and align expectations of internal and external stakeholders
