Planning Data Specialist IV (West)

We are looking for a Planning Data Specialist IV (West) to oversee an assigned territory, build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, and conduct research to secure project data.

Requirements

• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts
• Conduct targeted outreach to introduce Dodge and secure ongoing data sharing
• Research, collect, and verify commercial construction project information
• Enter and update project data in the Dodge platform
• Maximize project coverage by identifying and capturing information on active projects
• Own data quality and performance metrics
• Manage the assigned territory efficiently and provide coverage for open or backlogged regions
• Respond to customer questions via Teams meetings or emails
