Job Description
The Senior Quality Control Manager is responsible for supervising and mentoring the lab team, managing and implementing quality systems, and ensuring proper product quality and food safety.
Requirements
- Manage analytical Quality control, process control, raw material and finished goods quality control, Microbiology and sanitation programs.
- Effectively manage food safety (HACCP) program and all associated re-requisite programs.
- Oversee the internal and external audit program, which includes focus on GMP compliance, regulatory agency inspection readiness, and for-cause inspections.
