Job Description
DoiT is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Engineering teams in EMEA, with a focus on scaling backend services and building reliable, performant systems. This is a full-time remote position in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Netherlands, Sweden and Spain. The role involves data pipeline engineering, distributed system design, and cloud platform integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer
- Strong programming skills in Go and/or TypeScript
- Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable APIs
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical databases
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP)
- Knowledge of AWS billing and cost optimization
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and adaptable
