Job Description
DolarApp is seeking a Compliance Officer in Argentina to ensure compliance with both local and international standards. The role involves investigating suspicious transactions, preparing regulatory filings, and collaborating with various departments. It's a hands-on position focused on AML/CFT framework, KYC, and monitoring suspicious activity.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish & English
- Proven experience with UIF regulatory reporting (ROS/STRs)
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks, BCRA directives, UIF guidelines, FATF standards
- Experience in audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Expertise in KYC controls (IDs, RENAPER, AFIP, sanctions, adverse media)
- Confidence engaging with regulators and external authorities
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
