Founders' Associates work closely with founders to drive company success, tackling various challenges with an analytical approach.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC backed company, a top tier management consulting firm, or in a top tier investment bank
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation, resourceful, with maximum attention to detail and due diligence
- Strong analytical skills and taste for aesthetics
- Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer
- Business fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
