Job Description
The company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead their Information Security function in Mexico. The CISO will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the organization's security policies, governance, and controls in alignment with regulations and industry best practices. They will collaborate with executives, regulators, and technical teams to protect the organization's technology and data.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in information security leadership
- 5+ years in a senior security management or CISO role
- Deep knowledge of Mexican regulatory frameworks (CNBV, Banco de México, Fintech Law)
- Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) in financial services
- Proven experience leading incident response and risk assessments
- Experience managing access controls in complex technology environments
