The Assistant Branch Manager participates in a comprehensive retail training program while working toward individual sales targets, and helps cultivate a motivated sales and service team, ensuring that each member contributes to the branch’s success through a consultative sales methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with one year demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals
• Retail Banking experience preferred
• One year of managerial or supervisory experience is required
• Ability to travel as needed for training
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required
