Job Description
DomainTools is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their backend team, focusing on developing and delivering code for near-real-time data systems. The role involves researching, developing, and deploying cutting-edge solutions for a secure and open Internet, collaborating with operations and development teams, and demonstrating best practices in observability, metrics, and security. The company offers a developer-centric platform and is rapidly expanding its security applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional development experience using Python, GoLand, Rust or equivalent languages
- 3+ years of cloud infrastructure experience in AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
- 3+ years of scalable data engineering experience using data stores like ElasticSearch, Postgres, CockroachDB, MySQL, Hive, and Spark
- 5+ years Linux/Unix experience
- Positive attitude, high initiative, and good productivity
- Attention to detail and high quality results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate between teams
