Job Description
Senior Estimator role at Dome Construction, responsible for leading estimating efforts, assembling and presenting estimates, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate has 10-20 years of experience in commercial construction, including 3-5 years in a senior estimating role.
Requirements
- 10–20+ years of experience in commercial construction
- 3–5 years in a senior estimating role
- Experience managing estimating efforts for large, complex, multi-phase projects
- Confidence leading multiple concurrent preconstruction efforts
- A solid grasp of conceptual budgeting, scheduling logic, and risk analysis
- Familiarity with MS Project, On-Screen Takeoff, and other estimating software
- Deep knowledge of MEPF systems and how to build ground-up and tenant improvement projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills with both internal teams and clients
- A collaborative, coaching-oriented leadership style
