Domes Resorts is seeking a highly energetic General Manager of Makris Restaurants in Athens, Greece. This role oversees restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, financial management, and team leadership, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The position requires a passionate individual skilled in customer service, operational management, and staff development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Good knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and kitchen procedures
• WSET certification (will be considered a qualification)
• Very good knowledge of the English language and Ms-Office
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
