Job Description
Domes Resorts is hiring a Guest Relations Officer for their 5* resort Domes Noruz Chania in Crete, Greece. The role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, promoting hotel services, and addressing guest complaints and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in hospitality is preferred
- Previous experience in front office or guest services in luxury hospitality environment
- Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera) and other hotel-related software
