Job Description
Domes Resorts is hiring a Guest Relations Supervisor for their luxury boutique 5* resort in Rhodes. The role involves overseeing the guest relations team, managing guest interactions, and ensuring exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in guest relations or customer service, in a luxury hospitality environment
- Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera) and other hotel-related software
