Job Description
Join Domes Resorts as a Pastry Cook at our 5* hotel, Domes of Elounda, in Crete, Greece. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for producing daily and seasonal dessert menus, managing pastry inventory, and enforcing strict sanitation and hygiene practices in the pastry kitchen.
Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution
- Thorough knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and kitchen procedures
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pastry cook role, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dessert presentation, and flavor profiles
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office
