Analyst Supply Chain

We are looking for an Analyst Supply Chain to join our team at Donaldson Company. As an Analyst Supply Chain, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing relevant input to forecasts, developing and monitoring weekly/monthly capacity planning, and implementing programs to maximize schedule flexibility while minimizing DIO and meeting customer-request delivery plans.

Requirements

• Responsible for the S&OP process, analyzes and provides relevant input to forecasts, monitors the same for results and ongoing changes.
• Develop and monitor weekly/monthly capacity planning.
• Develop and implement programs to maximize schedule flexibility while minimizing DIO and meeting customer-request delivery plans.
• Support assigned accounts on critical expedited requests.
• Material plan and coordination for projects for new project launch and mass production, update forecast to the supplier, and monitor safety stock at the supplier's side.
• Hold regular meetings with the strategy supplier.
• Monitor plant & supplier OTD and initiate corrective actions relating to delayed schedules and material shortages.
• Analyzes and defines a suitable IC RM MOH rate.
• Control and minimize obsolete inventory according to company and management guidelines.
• Ability to drive a continuous improvement project, including all related areas by identifying opportunities, streamlining processes (internal & external).
• Play an active role in the plant transfer & localization project, work with cross cross-functional team to implement raw material & supplier transfer smoothly for cost & lead time reduction.
• Maintenance “Item” parameter, keep improving logic and process in Oracle ASCP to shorten lead time.
• Completes other projects as assigned by the manager.
