Ensure the introduction of new products and processes, identify and execute cost-reduction projects, and implement process standards to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Develop and prepare documentation for the various requirements within the stages of the manufacturing process.
• Support pilot runs/PPAP and ensure the first production run.
• Collect information to define strategies and prioritize improvement projects.
• Develop recipes for different products and processes (based on APD, CQP, Kaizen).
• Focus on resource optimization.
• Manage individual Gantt charts to ensure projects are effective in terms of deadlines and costs.
• Train (new or retraining) operating personnel on critical processes.
• Support different initiatives and uphold the environmental, safety, and quality policies established by the organization.
• Participate in environmental management system audits.
