Requirements

• Initiating internal continuous improvement quality projects
• Facilitating effective corrective actions internally and externally
• Supporting third party quality audits
• Develop quality procedures to maintain controls of processes
• Responsibility for customer certifications and product measuring and testing
• Effectively developing and leading cross-functional process improvement teams
• Transferring best practices, techniques, procedures and tools to peers and other process improvement teams
• Applying Six Sigma tools and methodology to improve process capability and eliminate defects
• Demonstrating successful application of new methodologies to improve product and process quality
• Leading internal auditing of established management systems
• Investigating and determine root causes for internal and external rejections, implement preventive corrective actions
