Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst

Donegal Insurance Group is seeking a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst to join their Claims team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or quality assurance analysis, with a working knowledge of the company's primary systems. The role will involve collaborating with business users and the technical team to translate user requirements into high-level system specifications, developing and coordinating user testing, and assisting in training and implementation of new systems or system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems or equivalent experience
• 3 years of Business Analyst and/or Quality Assurance Analyst experience
• Previous insurance related experience preferred
