Insurance Representative

Donegal Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Representative to handle inbound calls on property/casualty insurance personal lines products. The role involves answering customer inquiries, processing billing, and providing accurate policy information. It requires excellent customer service skills and a willingness to cross-train on select product areas for multiple states.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Property and Casualty Agent’s License preferred
• Basic knowledge of property/casualty insurance products
• Starting Pay: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
