HVAC Mechanic

We are seeking two skilled and experienced HVAC Mechanics to join our facilities team, specializing in hospital and laboratory environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the maintenance, repair, and optimization of HVAC systems, ensuring critical spaces maintain required temperature, humidity, and pressurization levels for safety and compliance.

Requirements

• HVAC journeyman license or above
• Experience in a healthcare setting, prior experience in a hospital or health-care environment
• Strong knowledge of CAV and VAV systems, including design, function, and controls
• Experience with various control systems, including electronic and pneumatic
• Troubleshooting and repair skills
• Understanding of building schematics
• Knowledge in work involving equipment installation
• Completed coursework in HVAC areas
• Universal CFC Certification Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license
