10-15 years of commercial HVAC experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills for CRAC, RTU, Split Systems & other equipment. Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
General Maintenance Worker - Part-time
3+ years in building maintenance. High School diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license
Part-Time Stationary Engineer
HS diploma or equivalent, valid stationary engineer's license (Class 3/1st Grade), and HVAC experience. Must pass background check and complete relevant training
HVAC Technician
10 years experience working on commercial HVAC systems, HVAC journeyman license, and EPA/CFC Refrigerant Handling Certification
Maintenance Mechanic
High school diploma or equivalent, 0-1 year of experience, basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems
Service Plumber
High School diploma, Journeyman's license, and 5+ years of experience in plumbing required. Backflow Certification and valid driver's license also required
HVAC Mechanic
HVAC journeyman license, experience in healthcare, knowledge of CAV and VAV systems, troubleshooting and repair skills, and excellent communication skills
HVAC Mechanic
5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC experience, Journeyman HVAC license required, Universal CFC & EPA 608 certification & OSHA 10. Vertiv training a plus
