Regional Field Director

Donor Development Strategies, LLC is seeking a Regional Field Director to lead canvass directors and staff in their management of canvass staff nationwide. The ideal candidate will have prior canvassing, organizing, fundraising, or equivalent leadership experience and proficiency with software applications and cloud-based storage platforms.

Requirements

• Manage canvass directors and assistant canvass directors (often remotely)
• Implement and provide oversight for quality control and best practices for data collection, information gathering, etc.
• Develop and update a turf plan for field offices
• Launch canvass programs performing Director duties as needed
• Travel to and work from field offices, as necessary
• Perform administrative duties as needed in central office when required
