Engineering Manager, Financial Data Platform

DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Financial Data Platform team, focused on building and scaling big data systems used by DoorDash companies. The team collects and processes financial data from all three parties and utilizes a unified data model to provide insights for decision-making. This role involves leading software engineering efforts, establishing platform governance, and driving business metrics.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in people management leading full-stack teams (backend & web) of 8+ engineers
• 8+ years of industry experience
• Strong product sense and thought partnership with cross-functional peers
• Experience with distributed system design, system scaling, and performance optimization
