Senior Manager, Workforce Strategy - RTA and Innovation

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager of Workforce Strategy to own day-to-day SLA delivery and drive innovation around WFM. The role involves building and scaling RTA functions, leveraging data and automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve performance and efficiency across internal and outsourced operations. This position requires a strategic leader with hands-on execution experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Workforce Management or Support Operations
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing WFM tools (NICE, Verint, Assembled, Genesys)
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid execution
