We're reimagining how DoorDash hires and scales talent — and we’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the charge on our Talent Acquisition technology. This is a critical individual contributor role on the People Technology Product team, focused on building and optimizing the products that power recruiting processes such as High Volume Hiring, Corporate Hiring, and Requisite Management across the company globally.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of building platform tools, internal products, or cross-cutting frameworks at scale.
- Have led initiatives that simplify or automate manual workflows, especially through thoughtful systems design or tooling improvements.
- Excel in ambiguous, 0→1 spaces where you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver high-impact solutions quickly.
- Are a clear and empathetic communicator who can earn trust across engineering, recruiting, HR, and operations teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to prioritize ruthlessly, ship iteratively, and continuously improve the end-user experience.
