- Support the Training Manager in launching and deploying learning and development programs for employees across the organization
- Support the implementation of employee engagement surveys, including tracking action plans and progress updates
- Conduct exit interviews based on employee surveys
- Support the tracking, measurement, and communication of change initiatives
- Support the collection and tracking of information for workforce planning
- Provide quality and timely customer service to employee inquiries
- Support the determination of employee eligibility for permissions and provide required documentation for review
- Collaborate with relevant management staff as needed to designate permissions
- Maintain employee permission tracking information and provide status updates as needed
- Coordinate reintegration and accommodation requests
- Audit salary calculation results, benefit deductions, and adjustments for payroll processes in and out of cycle
- Maintain highly confidential employee health information and files
- Develop and maintain user procedures, process flows, guides, and documentation
