Job Description
McLaren Strategic Solutions is seeking a Product Owner to lead the design and development of digital cash, programmable payments, and tokenized deposit solutions. This role focuses on aligning financial regulation with technological solutions, leveraging DLT, and ensuring compliance-first digital value systems. The product owner will drive products for various stakeholders across multiple ecosystems and collaborate closely with engineering and business teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management
- 4+ years focused on financial services, payments, or blockchain
- Familiarity with permissioned DLTs, identity vaults, and multi-token support
- In-depth understanding of AML/KYC flows, programmable payments, and wallet infrastructure
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure (ACH, ISO 20022, RTP, SEPA)
- Experience engaging with financial regulators, legal teams, and delivery squads
- Strong understanding of product delivery across different regulatory environments
