Job Description
Doss is seeking a founding RevOps leader to architect its go-to-market machine for insane speed and precision. This in-person role is based in San Francisco and involves a full GTM operation, leveraging AI and technical automation to improve supply chain, operations, and finance processes. This is an opportunity to build a high-impact function, eventually scaling into a team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track record owning the full GTM stack (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, attribution, BI).
- Hands‐on experience with AI in GTM contexts (LLMs, agents).
- Clear communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
