Job Description
DotActiv is seeking a Training Specialist to ensure employees have the knowledge they need to succeed, both internally and externally. This role involves creating and distributing engaging training materials, analyzing engagement data, and supporting staff development. The company offers a learning organisation culture with regular content consumption expected, rather than reliance on traditional classroom learning.
Requirements
- Align training focus areas with the company strategy.
- Identify gaps in our training courses.
- Develop engaging training content (written, video, tests etc.).
- Analyze engagement data and plan content additional / updated content accordingly.
- Maintain DotActiv Academy and Insiderbase user database.
