Requirements
- Analyzing functional requirements: collecting, documenting, and analyzing business and functional needs and user needs, in collaboration with users and involved teams.
- Technical specifications analysis: selecting the appropriate technology stack based on available expertise and identifying potential new needs.
- Application management: monitoring, supporting, and optimizing the functionality of existing applications.
- Testing and validation: participating in control processes for new versions or modifications of applications.
- User education: designing and providing educational materials and training for proper application use.
- IT and Development coordination: coordinating with development teams for bug fixes or new feature development.
- Documentation management: creating and managing analytical manuals, user guides, and technical specifications.
- KPI monitoring: analyzing application performance indicators and drafting related reports for management.
- Continuous improvement: suggesting proposals for system upgrades and automation of processes.
